Carol Schecter’s business career spans more than 20 years with executive leadership expertise in real estate, property management, developer and conversion projects, and training and development experience.  Her own successful management company operated for more than nine years until it was sold in 2004.  “Benchmark has served Nevada for more than thirty years, and is a giant in the industry,” Schecter said.  “I am honored to be a part of the Associa/Benchmark team and to be working with such a wonderful group of professionals and serving the Nevada community association market.”

Schecter currently holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS™), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), and the highly coveted and prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations from the Community Associations Institute.  Schecter is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Community Manager in Florida, and is a licensed Community Manager in Nevada.
